2 Prayer Gatherings This Week

Thursday 3/4, 7-8pm. Riverside Baptist Church hosts a prayer service for the poor. 680 Eye St. SW. http://riversidedc.org/american-baptist-prayer-service/

Saturday 3/6, 7-9pm, Christ our Shepherd Church hosts a city-wide prayer gathering to pray for the District (and environs), its needs, and God’s activity here. Special foci include a local ministry called Urban Bridge Builders and prayer requests from DCPD. 801 North Carolina Ave. SE, near the Eastern Market Metro.

I went to a city-wide prayer night at Christ our Shepherd with my pastor last November, and was strengthened by the faith of some of my fellow pray-ers, and encouraged by the unity of the body of Christ on display there.
