Sign Language Ministry: The primary goal of the Sign Language Ministry is to tell of the excellent glory of our Lord, Christ Jesus through sign language. This Ministry utilizes the skills of a deaf and hearing interpreter to glorify God and translate to deaf members, visitors and friends. It is our prayer that no one is lost, and that includes our deaf brothers and sisters. It is for this reason that we teach sign language to our members as well as to those in the community. We offer sign language classes at the beginners level.

ChristUnite.com, a website of Christians supporting Christians in the United States by connecting people to ministries that help to strengthen a relationship with Christ, is shutting down in February 2011. The site’s owner has allowed others to distribute the very helpful information on the site, including the DC area’s regional page. CU's information is not comprehensive, but it is substantial. The entire body of the DC regional page is posted, with minor additions and subtractions, on TCDC, in this series.
